Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a direct factory. Welcome to visit our factory anytime at your convenience.

Can I get a sample? How is the sample charge?
Yes, we can send you samples to test our product quality. We charge $50 per sample including shipping cost. We will refund the sample fee if you are not satisfied with the samples.

What's the MOQ?
For the products we have in stock, the MOQ is 6 pieces per type. For customization, the MOQ depends on product craft. 50 pieces are acceptable for simple craft, while 100 pieces per style are required for complicated ones.

Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. For digital art, we prefer PC files saved in CorelDRAW(.cdr), Photoshop(.psd) and Illustrator(.ai). Of course, JPG and PDF files are also acceptable, and higher resolution is better. Tips: Always remember to convert texts to outlines or curves, or you must include the font files with the design files.

What is your terms of payment?
Sample cost and mold cost shall be paid in advance before sampling. A 30% deposit is required before mass production, and the balance shall be paid after inspection before shipment. We accept monthly payment for regular customers. We support PayPal for small orders and T/T for large orders.

What is the lead time?
Sample lead time is 7~15 days upon receipt of your sample/artwork and advance payment. Production lead time is 30~50 days upon receipt of your approval of the pre-production sample and advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

What are your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.

How to solve the quality problems after sales?
Show us clear photos or videos of the quality problem, or send back a few samples for our reference. We will make a satisfactory solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problem.
